Often overlooked by apartment dwellers, brownstones come with a
backyard! In order to give more of a sense of space, we've combined the
backyards of 533 and 535 w149th Street with a "bamboo wall" dividing the
yards. A wood and iron deck was build across both buildings, for dining "a
la fresco". Depending on the desires of our tenants, we are open to
putting a partition on the deck to give each garden unit renter a bit more
privacy.
