The east side of Broadway, between 137th & 138th streets is showing new life. A midtown developer is rehabbing the entire block. As you can see, the block now features the Northern-most Starbucks in Manhattan. We hear a new HSBC bank branch will be filling the entire rest of the block, north of Starbucks Note, we are also just 5 short blocks from the famous Fairway Market, an incredible shopping experience if you've never been before.
