"Before" Photos
The queen of our Harlem
townhouse renovations, this building was completed in the summer of 2004
and is now fully rented.
Located just west of Broadway, not only is this building wider than our others, 18ft,
but it is also much deeper, extending 76ft at its deepest point. Finishes
will be similar to those in our other buildings, with stainless steel
kitchens, hardwood floors, and washer/dryer in every unit. All units will
have some outdoor space.
