On the left is a
picture taken looking out of the third floor window of 535
W149th Street. As you can see, the block has heavy tree plantings, lending
to the feeling of being in a "neighborhood". To the right you
can see that the south side of the street is made up of neatly kept
limestone townhouses, several of which are in the process of major
renovation. Because we've got three buildings on
the same block, we've been able to attract an influx of multi-ethnic
professionals, creating a whole new sense of community. If you would like to
