Our last unspoken for unit in this building, priced at
$1850/mo., is on the parlor floor (1st floor after climbing the brownstone
steps.) Note that the floors are still in the process of being refinished.

The unit features a large new private deck, accessed via
double French doors. Large pocket doors (upper right) separate the bedroom,
